You view, update and submit your Programme and Budget using the Creative New Zealand Portal.
Steps:

Log in to the Portal to view your 'Application Dashboard'.

Scroll down to 'My Processed Applications'.

Click to open the application that includes your Programme & Budget for next year.
You will see the following three tabs:

'Applicant Details',
-
'Programme & Budget'
-
'Attachments'

On the 'Applicant details' tab you can change the primary contact person and/or invite others so that they can view/update the programme & budget information.

On the 'Programme & Budget' tab you can see the Amount Requested, Amount Offered and the Programme & Budget Status for each year:

Click 'Edit' to enter or update your draft programme & budget for next year and submit it to Creative New Zealand by 20 November this year. Follow the steps to:
► Add/update an activity
► Add/update financial statements - On the 'Attachments' tab you can see the information you submitted as part of your proposal. You can also:
- Add new attachments and submit them to Creative New Zealand.
- Mark previously submitted information as 'Not current'.
